A free practice tracker for Classical Hatha Yoga and Sadhguru's practices

Learned Surya Kriya, Angamardana, Upa-yoga or Isha Kriya? The hard part is doing it every day. This free app keeps you with it: mark the day's practice in one tap, sit with a soft bell every 15 minutes, and watch your days grow toward a 48-day mandala.

What it does

One tap when it's done

Your practices are on the Today screen. Tap when done — or press Begin my sadhana and Finish to time the session.

A quiet timer with a bell

For sitting still and Nadi Shuddhi: a full-screen timer and a soft temple bell every 15 minutes.

7 days to the 48-day mandala

Start with 7 days, then 11, 21, 30 — and on to a full 48-day mandala. Up to 3 grace days, so one hard day does not undo the rest.

Your sky of Saptarishi stars

Every 12 hours of timed practice lights one of the seven Saptarishi stars — your hours, made visible.

A gentle reminder

A morning and an evening reminder at the time you choose, in your own time zone.

A teacher when a doubt comes

Ask a question and a certified teacher replies. In English and in Hindi.

Who it is for

For anyone who has learned a practice and wants to keep it every day — Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Angamardana, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Bhastrika Kriya, the Upa-yoga practices, Nadi Shuddhi, Isha Kriya, or simply sitting still. Learned at a Yogavani programme, at Isha, or from any certified teacher — it does not matter where.

From 7 days to a 48-day mandala

A practice learned is a gift; a practice done every day is what changes things. The tracker starts you at 7 days, then 11, 21 and 30 — and on to a full 48-day mandala. Up to 3 grace days, and travelling across time zones never breaks it.

Free, with no ads. Your practice record is never sold; only Yogavani's teachers and team can see it, and you can delete your account at any time.

Questions people ask

Is the practice tracker really free?

Yes. The app is free to use and takes no payments. There are no ads.

Does it work on Android and iPhone?

Yes. It is an installable web app: on Android, open it in Chrome and tap Install the app; on iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. It also works straight in the browser on a computer.

Which practices can I track?

The Classical Hatha Yoga practices — Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, Angamardana, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Bhastrika Kriya, Shanmukhi Mudra, Jala Neti and more — the Upa-yoga practices, Nadi Shuddhi, Isha Kriya, sitting still, and other practices offered by Sadhguru. You choose the ones you have learned, and only those appear each day. A practice not on the list can be added by name.

What is the 48-day mandala?

A mandala is 48 days of practice without a break. The tracker starts you at 7 days and lets you climb through 11, 21 and 30 days to the full 48, with up to 3 grace days along the way. After a mandala you can continue to the next one.

Does the tracker teach the practices?

No — it helps you keep the practices you have already learned from a certified teacher. To learn a practice, join a programme with a Sadhguru Gurukulam certified teacher on yogavani.in.

How do I sign in?

With your Google account, or with your email address and a 6-digit code sent to it. No password to remember.

Is it available in Hindi?

Yes. The app is in English and Hindi, and opens in Hindi by itself when your phone's language is Hindi.
